Description: The purpose of this training is to understand the benefits of regular use of feedback and to increase your ability to both give and receive feedback. The goal of the training is that you will be able to provide effective feedback that aims to strengthen or change behavior. After completing the training you will have the knowledge and skill to deliver effective feedback to strengthen or change people’s behaviour.
In this e-Learning you will learn:
- You are able to formulate feedback for greater impact
- You know the difference between recognition and reward ad when they are best used
- Should the feedback fail, you are able to analyse it using the feedback steps – an easy to use model for assessing the impact of feedback
